The Philippine Army Scout Rangers Makes England Amazed When Training in Wales England

MANILA – The Philippine Army (PA) held a ceremony for the recognition of eight members of the First Scouting Regiment (FSSR) for their exemplary performance during the 2018 Cambrian Patrol (EX CP) Exercise held in Wales, England.

Lieutenant Colonel Louie Villanueva, spokesman for the Army, said the exercise was carried out from 8 to 20 October.

The eight-person patrol team from the FSRR was ranked 4th out of 139 teams from 28 different countries participating in the event.

The team member is First Lieutenant Billy C. Codiam, team leader; Sergeant Jenifer D. Alan, assistant team leader; Sergeant Emmanuel E. Cabaron, radioman; Corporal Romero P. Sadava, guide; Corporal Alexander C. Parongpong Jr., contact the man; Pfc. Ernie B. De Guzman, radioman assistant; Pfc. Arnel B. Ombayan, scout leader; and Soldiers. Edje K. Tingabngab, scout / aid worker.
